# Spirit Temple
Cross the Gerudo Valley and the Haunted Wasteland, work through the Spirit Temple as both ages, and defeat Twinrova for the Spirit Medallion.

## Before you start

- Master Sword
- Longshot
- Gerudo Membership Card

## Steps

1. Reach the Gerudo Fortress and rescue the carpenters. The Gerudo give you a membership card.
2. Cross the Haunted Wasteland. Meet Sheik for the Requiem of Spirit at the Desert Colossus.
3. Enter as a child first. Use the Silver Gauntlets for the adult sections and the Mirror Shield to reflect light.
4. Alternate between child and adult Link to open the sections only the other age can reach.
5. Collect the boss key and enter the boss room.

## Boss: Twinrova

1. Reflect their magic beams back at them with the Mirror Shield.
2. Use the beam of the opposite element to stun them.
3. Hit them with the sword while they are on the ground, then finish the fight.

## Tips

- This is the longest dungeon in the game. Take it in two sessions if you can, one per age.
